Program overview
Emerging Voices pairs young creatives with working professionals, gives them access to professional equipment and software, and pushes them toward a published project — a short film, a podcast episode, a photo essay, or a social-first series.
Who it serves
Young adults and emerging creatives — ages 16+ — interested in film, podcasting, writing, social media, theater, photography, and digital storytelling. No prior experience required. Lived experience welcomed.
Why it exists
School arts programs are shrinking, and most professional production pipelines are gate-kept. Emerging Voices opens those doors for creators historically left out of the room.

Workshops and training
Weekly skill-based workshops, cohort production sprints, and one-off masterclasses from guest filmmakers and audio producers.
Mentorship pathways
Every participant is matched with a CKP mentor for the duration of their project. Mentorship looks like script feedback, edit reviews, career conversations, and showing up to set.
