Our Podcast Production Program gives participants hands-on experience in every stage of creating a professional podcast. From developing engaging topics and conducting meaningful interviews to operating cameras, microphones, and editing software, participants learn the complete production process. Every recording session provides a real-world environment where students build confidence, strengthen their communication skills, and produce content that reflects authentic stories from the community.

Capturing Stories Through The Lens
Our photography workshops introduce participants to both the creative and technical sides of photography. Students learn composition, lighting, camera settings, and visual storytelling while working on real product, portrait, and lifestyle shoots. Throughout the program, they gain practical experience behind the camera and develop professional-quality images that showcase their creativity and attention to detail.

Stories From Our Community
The Film & Media Program takes participants through the complete filmmaking journey—from developing an idea and writing the script to filming, directing, editing, and presenting the final production. Working together as a creative team, participants gain practical experience using industry-standard equipment while producing films, music videos, commercials, and community stories that reflect real experiences and meaningful voices.
Writing Workshop — 2026
From Ideas To Scripts
Our Scriptwriting Workshop helps aspiring writers transform ideas into compelling stories for film, television, podcasts, and digital media. Participants learn story structure, character development, dialogue, and screenplay formatting while collaborating with mentors and fellow creators. By the end of the program, each participant develops original scripts that are ready for production or future creative projects.
Youth Voices — 2026
Young Creators Finding Their Voice
The Youth Mentorship Program empowers young people to discover and share their unique perspectives through media production and storytelling. Participants build confidence both behind and in front of the camera while learning valuable communication, leadership, and creative skills. Through guided mentorship and collaborative projects, they create meaningful content that inspires conversation and strengthens connections within their communities.
Student Client Project — 2026
Doterra Student Led Project
Created as the final client project for the program, this production highlights the skills participants developed throughout their training. Working directly with a real client, the student team managed the entire creative process—from planning and production to editing and final delivery. The project reflects their ability to collaborate, solve creative challenges, and produce professional-quality content in a real-world environment.
Documentary — 2026
The Disappeared
Produced as part of the Emerging Voices Initiative, this documentary gives participants the opportunity to tell meaningful stories that create awareness and inspire conversation. Through research, interviews, and documentary filmmaking techniques, students explore important community issues while learning how to produce compelling, purpose-driven visual stories.
Music Video Production — 2026
Say Yo No
This student-led music video was created by a young production crew ranging in age from 10 to 24 years old. Participants collaborated across every stage of production, including directing, cinematography, lighting, editing, and on-set coordination. The project demonstrates the creativity, teamwork, and technical skills developed through our hands-on media production programs.

Code Red
Code Red is a documentary project focused on sharing authentic stories through thoughtful filmmaking and visual storytelling. Participants worked together to plan, capture, and edit the documentary while gaining practical experience in documentary production, interviewing techniques, and cinematic storytelling that reflects real community experiences.

Free Senior Portraits
Created during the pandemic, this community initiative provided graduating seniors with professional portraits at no cost, ensuring they could celebrate an important milestone despite challenging circumstances.
